Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing vouchers & posting for account preparation
∎ Monitoring spending and budgets
∎ Recording dialing collection and payments
∎ Preparing P&L & BS on periodic basis
∎ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
∎ Keeping account books and systems up to date.
∎ Auditing and analyzing financial performance
∎ Store maintenance
∎ Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
∎ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
∎ Additional Job Responsibility: Perform any other task assigned by the Executive Director.
