Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate from reputed Universities with having DSE's Trading Certificate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Operations and Compliance
∎ Maintaining and preserving all sorts of trade related documents as per regulatory requirement under Broker module;
∎ Trading & After Trading functions of Broker;
∎ Routine correspondence with the issuers; Collection of Cash Dividends of Margin Accounts; preparing statement of cash dividend and deposit with the respective accounts;
∎ Prepare daily basis negative equity MIS & submit to the Head of Recovery;
∎ Preparing Margin Call Statements & Sending Margin Call Letters;
∎ Margin Loan Recovery and Cash Dividend Collection;
∎ Business Development and effective marketing;
∎ Follow up Margin Call Statement, Sending Margin Call letters;
∎ Margin Loan Recovery & preparing recovery report work station wise & Branch wise;
∎ Maintain and preserve BO books (Active & Inactive);
∎ Maintain and preserve Margin Deed of Agreements;
∎ Maintain and preserve Buy Order, Sell Orders and Pay in Pay in Transfers;
∎ Report to the Head of Operations and Compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in brokerage house is required.
