∎ Knowledge of POS materials and visual merchandising standards is an added advantage.

∎ Retail Trade Execution & Merchandising: Implement merchandising strategies and ensure effective product displays in retail outlets.
∎ Trade Promotions and Relationship Management: Manage trade promotions and build strong relationships with retail partners to boost brand visibility.
∎ Market Intelligence Gathering: Track competitor activities, promotions, and consumer trends to provide insights for brand strategy.
∎ Ensuring Visual Merchandising Standards: Maintain brand guidelines in-store, creating displays that enhance customer engagement.
∎ Sales Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze sales data to evaluate the impact of trade activities on performance.
∎ Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination: Monitor retail metrics, generate performance reports, and coordinate with internal teams for alignment.
∎ Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth trade initiatives execution.
∎ Inventory & Stock Management: Manage stock levels with retailers, ensuring timely replenishment, especially during promotions.
∎ Promotional Material Distribution: Coordinate the distribution and installation of POS materials, banners, and displays in retail locations.
∎ Training & Development for Retail Staff: Conduct product and merchandising training for retail staff to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness.
∎ Sajeeb Group is hiring a “Trade Marketing & Merchandising Executive” to strengthen brand presence. The role requires 4 days of fieldwork and 2 days in the head office weekly, focusing on retail execution, merchandising, and trade promotions to drive market performance.
