Golden Bricks Properties is a growing real estate development company. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive who has proven expertise in the real estate industry and can lead the sales team to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Hunting new customer and generate leads for sale of apartments.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Plan and execute site visits, client meetings, and sales campaigns
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts
Coordinate with marketing, project, and management teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
