Office Hours: 10:00 A.m. – 07:00 P.m. (Monday To Saturday)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert to drive end-to-end lead generation across global markets. The role focuses on identifying real prospect pain points and converting them into qualified, sales-ready leads through targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lead generation across email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and paid ads
• Research prospect pain points and align them with relevant service offerings
• Build and maintain ICPs, buyer personas, and qualification criteria
• Deliver consistent, high-quality leads based on intent and fit
• Create personalized outreach messages and value propositions
• Coordinate with sales to improve targeting and messaging
• Track performance, lead quality, and pipeline impact
• Continuously optimize outreach for better reply and conversion rates.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or B2B outreach
• Experience with email and LinkedIn prospecting
• Understanding of ICPs and lead qualification
• Strong research and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking
