Responsibilities & Context:

ZSI.AI is a New York-based software development and digital marketing company. We are seeking a Senior Remote Sales Executive with at least 5 years of experience to drive our US market expansion. This is a 100% remote role for a professional who understands the American business landscape and can sell high-value enterprise software and digital marketing services to US-based clients.


Job Responsibilities

  • Targeted US Outreach: Identify and engage CEOs and business owners in the USA across four key industries: CPA/Accounting, Limousine/Transportation, Digital Printing, and Digital Marketing.

  • Consultative Sales: Lead professional discovery calls to identify business needs and pitch ZSI.AI solutions (Software and Marketing) as the primary growth driver.

  • Live Product Demos: Perform expert-level virtual demonstrations of the ZSI.AI CPA System, Limo Dispatch Software, and Digital Printing ERP.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage everything from initial cold outreach and LinkedIn prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.

  • Digital Marketing Consultation: Audit US business websites and sell SEO, Google Ads, and Lead Generation packages.

  • Communication Excellence: Maintain a near-native level of spoken and written English to build high-level trust with US customers.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and follow-up activities to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.


Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS or International Sales (specifically targeting the USA or UK markets).

  • Skills: Expert-level English speaking, professional negotiation, and experience with CRM tools.

  • Shift: Must be able to work strictly during US Eastern Time (Night Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM BDT).

  • Technical: A high-speed internet connection, a quiet home office, and a professional laptop are required.



Job Other Benifits:

    Sales Commission & Performance Incentives:

    • Upfront Commission: 10% of the total contract value for every new customer closed.

    • Recurring Commission: 3% monthly residual commission for as long as the client remains active and pays their monthly subscription or service fee.

    • No Earnings Cap: There is no limit on how much you can earn; your income grows with every new account you bring in.
