Responsibilities & Context:

Attention: Please apply ONLY if you have at least 1 year of working experience in the E-commerce sector or a Call Center AND if you currently reside within the Mohammadpur or Adabor area of Dhaka. This is strictly an In-Office Job.

We are looking for 6 skilled and experienced 'Call Center Executives' for our e-commerce team.

Job Details:

  • Position Name: Call Center Executive.

  • Job Type: Full Time (In-Office Duty).

  • Vacancy: 5 Persons (4 Male & 1 Female).

  • Duty Time: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Location: Shekhertek Road #1, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum H.S.C passed.

  2. Experience: 1 year+ practical experience in any E-commerce or Call Center is Mandatory.

  3. Skills: Computer typing speed must be at least 20 words per minute (Bangla & English).

  4. Must be proficient in customer handling and sales conversations.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills and performance)
