• Proven experience in implementing effective strategies to increase sales on e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to analyze the buyer journey and create customized marketing plans.
• 5-6 years of practical experience in the e-commerce marketing sector.

Facebook Ads and Paid Marketing Platforms:

• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and achieving ROI improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid digital marketing platforms.

Data Analysis and Decision-Making:

• Skilled in data analysis using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and GTM (Google Tag Manager).
• Expertise in optimizing CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and Conversion Rates.

Leadership Skills:

• Experience in leading content marketing and digital teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competition to drive innovative initiatives.

Traffic Driving and Conversion Optimization:

• Strategies to increase traffic through both organic and paid channels.
• Enhancing customer retention and building brand loyalty.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in advanced marketing tools such as Hotjar, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
• Campaign optimization using AI and automation tools.

Required Characteristics:
