Job Overview

H&F Fashion Ltd is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven Business Development Officer to source new buyer, lead generation and oversee marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-disciplined, and capable of managing customer communications, handling inquiries, and delivering accurate information. This role also involves managing the company’s social media presence, including Facebook and other digital platforms, to strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new customers through effective communication

  • Support sales initiatives and lead generation activities

  • Plan, develop, and manage advertising and promotional campaigns

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, promotional, and advertising teams to align business objectives

  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns for clothing and fashion products

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with buyers

  • Manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution and evaluation

  • Maintain client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups

  • Prepare and submit periodic performance and progress reports to management

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
