• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 28 years

• Fluency in spoken and written English with strong business communication skills.

• Fast learner - able to adapt to a business model not available in the market.

• Ownership-minded, responsible, and disciplined.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

• Track and monitor SBUs’ KPIs: Sales, Orders, and Team Performance.

• Identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.

• Support BD strategies, reporting, and business expansion plans.

• Maintain daily workflow, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards.

• Maintain strong communication between teams and leadership.
