Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of FMCG sales experience; experience as TSI/Sales Supervisor/Sales Representative is an advantage.
Experience working with distributors and market operations in Bangladesh preferred
Strong understanding of FMCG sales, distribution, and retail channels in Bangladesh.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on market insights.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned zones. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and sales reporting tools.
Position Overview
The Zone-in-Charge is responsible for managing sales, distribution, and market execution within an assigned zone anywhere in Bangladesh. The role ensures sales target achievement, distributor performance management, retail coverage, and team leadership in line with FMCG industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (primary & secondary).
Drive volume, value, and numeric distribution growth.
Monitor SKU-wise performance and take corrective actions.
2. Distribution & Channel Management
Manage and develop distributors/stockists within the zone.
Ensure stock availability, order generation, and timely supply to market.
Expand distribution coverage across urban and rural markets of Bangladesh.
Optimize route plans for Sales Representatives/DSRs & ensure maximum sales from each route.
3. Market Execution
Ensure product visibility, in-store execution, and proper merchandising.
Implement trade promotions, schemes, and POSM deployment.
Track competitor activity and share actionable insights.
Increasing in market Sales Daily basis.
4.Team Leadership
Supervise, guide, and motivate Sales Representatives, TSIs, and DSRs.
Conduct regular market visits and joint field work.
Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations.
5. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and financial processes.
Monitor distributor inventory levels, claims.
Maintain accurate sales reports, route logs, and daily market activity.
Checking & ensuring daily Sales/Order delivery& work for reduce non-execution.
Follow Fifo for maintaining stock at each & every distributor godown/ Warehouse /Store.
6. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and trade partners.
Handle trade issues and customer complaints effectively.
Build Strong Relationship with team for effective sales growth
Additional Relationship has to maintain with Distributor & DSR for smooth product delivery in the market.
