• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales.

• At least 3 years of experience in flour, food, FMCG bulk, or institutional sales.

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.

Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading and expanding bulk and institutional sales of flour and related products, driving revenue growth, managing key clients, and developing effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for bulk, institutional, and trade customers.

• Manage and grow sales of flour and food products in FMCG and institutional channels.

• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, bulk buyers, and institutional clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
