Job Responsibilities:
∎ MONTHLY IMAGE BUILDING PLAN: visit the store to help suppliers establish contact with the store owner and effectively implement the plan. Proper coordination with vendors, visit extensively and resolve issues effectively.
∎ TERMINAL PROPS DAMAGE MAINTANCE: when visiting the store, the damaged props need to be statistically informed to the supplier, follow-up with vendors to complete the maintenance and execution.
∎ EXECUTION AND INSPECTION OF THE MODEL POSM: According to the headquarters manual and sales communication to get a list of the number of coverages, supervise and check the implementation results.
∎ TRAIN UP FIELD FORCES: Identify gaps from market on Terminal visibility & POSM execution, and train up DSR and BP to minimize those gaps.
∎ MARKET VISIT AS PER PJP: As per permanent journey plan, visiting the market regularly. Collect feedback from retailers, BP and competitors' market dynamics, and at the same time find good opportunities and locations to create a brand image.
∎ REPORTING: Daily visit report in WeChat and weekly reporting on KPI execution. Integration with Field Buzz application to track their activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to travel frequently
∎ Have to ability maintain good relation with retailer
∎ Willing to work with DSR in route level & Execute POSM
∎ Minimum knowledge in MS Office to make official report
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Can drive vendors and monitor their activities.
