∎ BSc/ BBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure season and market specific supply Of the assigned products i.e. papaya
∎ Establish contract farming mechanisms for papaya production With the farmers
∎ Build and maintain rapport With the local transporters and other market actors Preparing business budget of assigned portfolio for achieving top and bottom lines.
∎ Maintaining strong liaison with the traders; wholesalers and retailers
∎ Visiting institutional markets and gather intelligence for developing channels and customers
∎ Visiting Channel Partners and urban farms for product promotion; arrange and attend promotional campaign in collaboration with the development partners.
∎ Accomplishing other tasks required for the business performance and as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of relevant experience
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude
∎ Must be able to think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing
∎ Should have eligibility to work under pressure
∎ Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking
∎ Well conversant in English Language
∎ Proficient in computer usage
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle and must have valid driving license.
