• Will be working with updated types of machinery, with TPM Practice.

• Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check.
• Compare & enhance production.
• Compare production according to planning and take countermeasures for deviations, if any.
• Process control & floor supervision; Ensuring the smooth running of the workforce & machines.
• Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates.
• Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance TPM) Methodology.
• Increase Monthly Performance Evaluation (MPE) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
