Position Overview
As a Town Planner, you will play a critical role in planning and overseeing our development projects. You will work closely with our design, construction, and project management teams to ensure our projects are well-planned, compliant with regulations, and meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive town planning strategies and frameworks.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
Prepare and submit planning applications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local, government, and Rajuk’s rules and regulations.
Engage with community members and local authorities.
Monitor and report on project progress.
Provide expert advice on urban design, land use, and sustainability.
