Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Reservations and ticketing (Domestic, International & Umrah), Using GDS to draw up PNRs, grant and renew tickets (galileo, sabre & amadeus), Calculation with care, Customer service, product knowledge Processes booking rejections and adjustments.
∎ Assist the Visa and Package Tour Processing Sector as needed.
∎ Dealing effectively and graciously with customer concerns and requests, and creating or giving voice as fast as possible.
∎ Addressing situations that may lead to an increase in bookings or reservations.
∎ Informing clients of additional services or special packages, such as Umrah packages, tour packages, or improved seats/accommodations, will increase sales.
∎ Organize and manage daily official tasks. *Maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts, as well as creating invoices.
∎ Emails and other forms of contact are used to manage business clients.
∎ Must keep up to speed with airline/travel announcements and circulars and inform the reservation team, sales team, and others.
∎ Must be familiar with airline terms and conditions, while also ADM/ACM policies.
∎ Have experience arranging group ticketing and, if required, performing as a tour guide.
∎ Must be able to meet sales goals on a monthly basis.
∎ The trainee will be self-motivated and work effectively under stress. Knowledgeable, ambitious, and industrious are all required talents.
∎ Should accede to corporate policy regarding office hours, rules, and other restrictions.
∎ Any responsibilities delegated by management
