Travel Agency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell Tickets and Reservation.
∎ Promoting and Marketing the Business.
∎ Updating forecast on sales and marketing.
∎ Analyze marketing performance on weekly basis.
∎ Sales should be target based and benefits on sales quota will be determined accordingly.
∎ Market Visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Ensure Customer Service, Reservation & Ticketing and other front line activities domestic and international package tours.
∎ Attend & meet customer travel requirements over phone, email and counter with maximum satisfaction.
∎ Maintain and develop effective customer relationship.
∎ Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers.
∎ Liaison with travel partners including Air Lines and Hotels.
∎ Providing advice about visas, air ticket, Hajj, Umrah Hajj, Holidays Packages.
∎ Preparing promotional materials and displays.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in Reservation & Ticketing in IATA.
∎ Qualified from Galileo, Abacus, Amadeus.
∎ Have good knowledge in operating CRS software such as Galileo, Amadeus etc.
∎ Well conversant in Computer application.
∎ Good communication skill in English and ability to handle foreign clients.
∎ Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multiple tasks.
∎ Must be smart and professional in the job.
