Good written & spoken communication in English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up therapy sessions under the supervision of Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
- Monitor patient’s progress and report to the Therapist.
- Train the project participants on the Assistive Device uses and follow up.
- Follow up the Home Modifications & other accessibility features installation.
- Guide Community Mobilizers on home visit (home exercise) of project participants.
- Linkage the project participants in different mainstreaming activities.
- Develop caregiver capacity on home care & home exercise of the persons with disabilities.
- Documentation such as case files and other related information about service delivery.
- Maintain therapy equipment.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Adhere to CDD's Children and Adults at Risk Safeguarding policy, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants.
- Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project.
- Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any other responsibility/ special duty delegated by the supervisor/line manager or CDD management.
