∎ Skills & Expertise: Chemical Engineering, Dyeing Finishing, Textile Engineering, Yarn Dyeing
∎ At least 5 years of experience in textile dyeing, with prior experience in the wig industry preferred;
∎ Familiar with dyeing processes and techniques, especially for cotton fabrics;
∎ Develop and implement safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials.
∎ Good knowledge of dyes and their applications in textile knit Fabrics;
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in teams;
∎ Ability to work in a multicultural environment and proficient in English communication.
∎ Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Work at production floor and Laboratory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Main Job Responsibility is checking all the dyes and chemical to reduce the cost. As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are looking for talented engineering professionals with a background in chemical engineering and rich experience in textile dyeing to join our team.
∎ Responsible for researching and improving the fiber dyeing processes during Bulk Fabrics dyeing;
∎ Develop and optimize wig dyeing processes to ensure color stability and consistency;
∎ Develop new dyeing techniques and color formulations according to customer requirements;
∎ Collaborate closely with the production team to solve technical issues in the dyeing process;
∎ Monitor the production processes in the dyeing workshop to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards;
∎ Conduct regular technical training to enhance the team’s overall dyeing process skills.
