Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell Emeer Textile Auxiliary's range of textile chemicals, particularly finishing agents, in the Bangladesh market.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with textile dyeing and denim washing factories, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the usage and application of our products.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials, conduct product demonstrations, and organize promotional events.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.Monitor sales performance, track customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile chemical industry, with a strong focus on finishing agents.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the textile industry, particularly dyeing and denim washing factories.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of textile chemistry, including the application of finishing agents and their impact on textile properties.
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as required.
