Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Technology Or Environmental Science
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: SA 8000 Basic course Preferable
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lead Auditor ISO 9001 or ISO 14001
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Realizing planned audits;
∎ Carrying out audits;
∎ Sampling;
∎ Reporting audit results;
∎ Assistance with handling of claims & appeals;
∎ Maintaining good relation with the clients;
∎ Maintaining contact with the certifier on regular basis;
∎ Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to the sectors in which audits are carried out;
∎ Marketing and Business Development activities;
∎ Extensive travel (up to 15-20 days in a month) throughout Bangladesh and abroad.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable if working experience in audit farm as Textile Auditor
∎ Any lead auditor course will add advantage
∎ Note-taking and report-writing skills;
∎ Presentation and interviewing skills;
∎ Good command of English language: in speech and in writing;
∎ Proficiency with the following computer programs: Windows, Office and relation-data systems;
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Social & Environmental audit experience will get preference
∎ Personality traits :
∎ Independent attitude towards the job;
∎ Accurate in observations and reporting;
∎ Systematic and analytical way of working;
∎ Aimed at serving clients and team spirit.
