Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and sell frozen food products, with a primary focus on frozen products, within the designated territory.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
∎ Identify new sales opportunities and potential distribution channels.
∎ Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
∎ Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activities.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and distribution of products to customers.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Work experience in a reputable ice cream distribution and marketing company.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
∎ Ability to travel within the designated territory.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
