∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve individual sales target as per Annual Business Plan (ABP) of the company.
∎ Look for future opportunities to attain business growth.
∎ Frequent field office visits as per FJP for better understanding the opportunities and weaknesses of present business in the market.
∎ Payment collection as per agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow.
∎ Visit and analyze competitor activities to collect information for business strategy.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to sales, customer visit, competitor situation and opportunities area.
∎ Attend customer complain and resolve those within agreed time to improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Implement internal process in line with QMS and other necessary statutory requirements.
∎ Work closely with sales and cross functional team member for better performance.
∎ Assist line manager in the delivery of approved strategies and supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
∎ Continual improvement of work process/system and development of self.
∎ To conduct activities as per company policy, procedures and management decisions pertaining to different standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 and so on as applicable.
