∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance within the territory.
∎ Identify new business opportunities to increase market share.
∎ Expand distribution networks by onboarding new distributors and retailers.
∎ Ensure product availability and visibility across the territory.
∎ Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market insights.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
∎ Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
∎ Provide training and support to distributors and their teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
∎ Develop and execute sales plans and promotional strategies for the territory.
∎ Implement marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and schemes as per company guidelines.
∎ Track and ensure proper utilization of promotional materials and budgets.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
∎ Track and monitor stock levels at distributors and retailers to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, orders, and invoices.
∎ Work closely with other sales team members, including Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives, to align on goals and strategies.
∎ Provide feedback to the marketing team for improvement in product positioning and promotional activities.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines related to pricing, credit limits, and sales practices.
∎ Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
∎ Sales Achievement:
