Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Increase the prospect of existing products by exploring new dealers and markets, customers, and other potential avenues.
∎ Achieve sales targets on time and ensure weekly and monthly sales and collection targets are met.
∎ Maintain effective relationships with the management Trainee, dealers, resellers and customers.
∎ Helps dealers to imely collection of outstanding or credit revenues from the customers/ outlets.
∎ Must work under software monitoring system in time.
∎ Must need to achieve team sales target.
∎ Introduce new sales strategies to beat the competitors and capture the cream of the market.
∎ Maintain DB stock, Credit & all Compliance issues properly according to monitoring software.
∎ Obtain market information and keep the management informed.
∎ Visit customer, new dealears, and sales centers and provide support to all marketing and sales team members regularly.
∎ Interacting with different internal and external stakeholders in times of complex problems.
∎ Preparing and presenting different reports for decision-making by the Sales Leadership Team & assisting in short/ mid/ long term planning and other activities.
∎ To be ready for posting anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Any kind of office & development works assign by higher authority or HOD.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Gross salary:
∎ 35000/- per month including all benefits.
