Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the concerned Sales Territory.
∎ Sales, Credit and Channel management in assigned sale territory
∎ Explore market expansion opportunities and grab niche market.
∎ Implement company promotion strategy and demand creation at growers’ level.
∎ Buildup relationship with existing and potential customers to enhance sales.
∎ Participate in monthly sales meeting to share reports and best practice among teams.
∎ Collection of Basic Market Information (BMI) and optimize its utilization.
∎ Perform any other work assigned by the management. Job Specifications:
