Job Responsibilities:
∎ This job is within the sales team and makes a direct contribution to the business.
∎ To be responsible for the entire sales & collection activities of the assigned territory.
∎ Achieve sales targets for each Product mix.
∎ Effective market presence
∎ The incumbent will also execute trade engagement programs to build and maintain an effective working relationship with distributors, local public and private stakeholders to manage smooth business operation in the territory.
∎ For the incumbent the key success factor will be the achievement of territory distribution, sales volume and display share targets.
∎ Our individual of choice will be responsible to lead and implement area business plans and marketing and promotion programmers in the territory with optimum use of resources to attain:
∎ Manage the distribution of marketing materials like, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, etc.
∎ Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
∎ Monitor competitor activity.
∎ Support the Regional Sales Manager and other colleagues.
∎ Collect market intelligence and analyses the information to identify and capitalize on opportunities and minimize effect of competitors' activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
