Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure direct sales through managing retails, handle product complaints and ensure necessary information flow to different stakeholder continuously.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical department.
∎ Organize and participate in different promotional campaigns like demo, field day, fair to demonstrate the product at public.
∎ Ensure regular visit to distribution channel and farmers meeting target and increase business to meet monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Ensure displaying the promotional material at trade points and bazaar in the territory
