∎ Reporting to: Sales Manager
∎ Position: Junior Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales, Collection and Promotional activities inside the territory
∎ Season wise budget preparation, implementation & ensure monthly achievement
∎ Cultivate good relationship with all stakeholders
∎ Create new trade network & manage existing channel
∎ Prepare promotional plan and execution of promotional activities
∎ Visit DAE, Research Institute and to avail synergistic business support
∎ Sharp vigilance on the market and find out new potential areas for business expansion
∎ Submit regular tour plan & report on market condition
∎ Follow up the supply chain/logistics and oversee distribution & delivery of products
∎ Strictly follow company codes of conduct to create a healthy work environment
∎ Conduct scheduled spot demonstration.
∎ Meet sales and collection target
∎ Ensure monthly target cash flow to meet the financial health of the territory
∎ Regular & timely reporting in pre-defined formats to head office
∎ Be responsible for product training to farmers, task force, trade partners etc.
∎ Complete financial accountability for "business forecast" with minimum variance
∎ Trade network management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ 03-07 years; at least 3 years in similar position.
∎ KNOWLEDGE:
∎ Sound knowledge on pesticides market, crops-pest-solutions, trade and sales process
∎ Proven experience in customer management (budget, sales, credit planning & recovery etc.)
∎ Sound knowledge on active ingredients, crop seasons etc.
∎ Proven experience in rural promotional activities
∎ SKILLS & ABILITIES:
∎ Good listening & understanding skill
∎ Good written & verbal communication in both Bengali & English
∎ Ability to solve problems with good negotiation skills
∎ Proactive, Flexible & Self-driven
∎ Should be willing to travel extensively in the territory
∎ Must have a good understanding of regional language of appointed area
∎ Experience in a team lead role
∎ Supervisory & Team Building skills
∎ High focus on performance and delivery
∎ Prior exposure in rural sales or rural markets of Bangladesh
∎ Must have valid motor cycle driving license
∎ Willing to work in any location of Bangladesh.
