Job Context:
∎ Brief: We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of "Regulatory Officer" who shall be responsible for driving registration activities of agro chemicals & fertilizers under frame work of regulatory authorities. The person shall develop business cases, assist in technical content development for export label, product label, promotional items and training materials for stakeholders. Candidate shall have to develop an effective relationship with key external stake holders especially govt. officials, regulatory authorities, research institutes etc. The job promises of good earnings potential, technical training & support, professional development & career Advancement opportunities.

∎ Industry: Crop Protection & Allied Products
∎ Reporting to: CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare business case & initiate registration of new products based on market need.
∎ Organize registration dossiers & other relevant documentation.
∎ Maintain database for all registration activity; labels and registration certificates etc.
∎ Cultivate good relationship with all internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Visit DAE, Research Institutes, BCPA, BFA etc. for company work.
∎ Monitor field trials with research organizations & clients.
∎ Follow up with Label Approval, Extension.
∎ Renewal Activities (Registration, Import, Wholesale, Repack, Advertisement, Fire, Environment).
∎ Assist in developing technical content for export label, product label, brochures, leaflets and training materials for stakeholders.
∎ Might involve occasional visits outside Dhaka
∎ ACCOUNTABILITY:
∎ Regular & timely reporting in pre-defined formats to CEO
∎ Recruit to be evaluated on the work assigned and diligence of completed task.
∎ Work attitude, professionalism and dedication to company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 3-5 years relevant regulatory or agrochemical industry experience.
∎ KNOWLEDGE:
∎ Agricultural or Science background essential
∎ Sound knowledge on industry, active ingredients, crops-pest-solutions, agri-season etc.
∎ Good understanding of Bangladesh Pesticide Rules & Ordinance Act
∎ Experience in the compilation of registration dossiers
∎ SKILLS & ABILITIES:
∎ Good written & verbal communication in both Bengali & English
∎ Ability to solve problems with good negotiation skills
∎ Proactive, flexible & self-driven
∎ Computer knowledge is a must (Basic IT skills)
∎ Must be able to type in Bangla & English both
∎ Proven supervisory / leadership skill
∎ High focus on performance and delivery
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Must have valid motor cycle driving license
∎ Team Player.
