Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Target-based sales planning and implementation.
∎ Sell-in and sell-out reporting and analysis.
∎ Market and competitor analysis to determine strategy.
∎ Retailer and wholesaler network growth.
∎ Promotional activities monitoring and results evaluation.
∎ Managing and monitoring the team to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
∎ Monthly/quarterly sales report preparation and presentation to management.
∎ Training, coaching and performance evaluation of sales team.
∎ Proper implementation of promotional activities and field execution.
∎ Provide Market information to the reporting boss/ competent authority.
∎ Sales forecasting and budgeting.
∎ Strategic market planning.Customer development and relationship building.
∎ Organizing monthly, quarterly, or annual review meetings.
∎ Market research and identifying new opportunities.
∎ Team training, motivation, and evaluation.
