Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan,Organize And monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales Achievement.
∎ Analyze sales performance, sales trends,market environment and competitions and execution strategies.
∎ Drive and lead multiple team of territory Sales Executive and sales Officers for generating Sales In assingned business Areas.
∎ Visit Distribution Point frequently and solve trade queries and problems.
∎ Frequent field visit & develop Relationship with our Retailer,Distributors and Sales Officers.
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales Target and implement sales promotional Activities/Trade schemes In Market effectively.
∎ Prepare product forecast Based on Sales trend And monthly target.
∎ Implement and recommend strategies to the management based on analysis of market trend and competitors.
∎ Assist In Recruitment and Development Of sales Officers and Monitor and motivate them to Achieve target.
