Responsibilities & Context: Monitor, supervise, and train the sales force within the assigned territory.
Review sales performance regularly, ensuring achievement of targets.
Track competitor activities and prepare timely reports.
Ensure proper execution of promotional activities.
Analyze distribution channel viability and identify new opportunities.
Conduct trend and competitive analysis by brand and SKU.
Ensure product availability and visibility in all markets.
Continuously explore and develop new market opportunities.
