Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales planning and promoting sales activities in the territory.
∎ Plan and develop sales strategies to achieve territory target.
∎ To ensure products in all potential outlets under his territory.
∎ Increase coverage as opportunity basis in the territory.
∎ Ensure dealers satisfaction & motivation with the service of the company.
∎ Ensure on time collection from all dealers under the territory.
∎ Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management.
∎ Always develop Sales Representative's skills by coaching, training & in field guidance.
∎ Execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) in similar position
∎ Must have good concept of Ballpen or FMCG Industry.
∎ Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented
∎ Organizational & time management skills
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven, hardworking
Salary: Negotiable
