Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, BBA/ MBA Preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the territory target, volume and unit wise.
∎ Ensure the Time pass wise target achievement for best result.
∎ Monitor the activities of Sales Representatives, Distributors and Dealers.
∎ Ensure product availability in all DB points according to all SKU's in the product line.
∎ Monitor overall activities and day to day achievement of Sales Representatives and Distributors.
∎ Prepare and keep updated party list of the territory.
∎ Implement the merchandising activities by the Sales officers in the market place.
∎ Train the Sales Representatives for improving their product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Ensure effective communication with upward (management) and downward (S.R/ Distributor/Dealer/ Party).
∎ Check accurately TA, DA bills of the Sales Representatives.
∎ Ensure 100% realization of the receivables / credit of primary sales on time.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.
∎ Ensure and establish the sales administrative activities (attendance, leave etc).
∎ Arrange feedback for the management regarding competitor's activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have good sales concept of Ballpen or FMCG Industry.
∎ Lighting & Electrical Accessories Sales are also encourage to apply
∎ Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented
∎ Organizational & time management skills
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven, hardworking
Salary: Negotiable
