∎ Role Description
∎ This is a full-time on-site role as a TSM in the Food Sector (FMCG) at Mariners Group BD. As a TSM, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to sales. Strong communication skills and ready sales abilities are essential for this role.
∎ Qualifications
∎ 1. The Territory/Area Sales Manager (TSM/ASM) in Food Sector will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within their designated territory in Dhaka. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing strategic plans to expand customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Sales Management:
∎ 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in Dhaka.
∎ 2. Set sales targets for individual team members and monitor performance against targets.
∎ 3. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ 3. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market reach.
∎ Market Analysis and Strategy:
∎ 1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
∎ 2. Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability.
∎ 3. Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive activities.
∎ Reporting and Administration:
∎ 1. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
∎ 2. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
