Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience at TSO level in an FMCG (Food & Beverage) company
Strong communication and presentation skills
Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven
Good understanding of the local market and distribution channels
Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps for reporting
Candidates who own and can ride a motorcycle will be given priority

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new dealers and wholesale partners in the assigned territory
Meet monthly sales targets through active market visits and strong relationship building
Ensure timely order collection, product delivery, payment follow-up, and in-store merchandising
Monitor competitor activity and pricing; report market insights to the Head Office
Enhance product visibility and penetration across local markets
Base salary is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process
