∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility for certain sales growth rate and target of assigned territory.
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of the Sales Officers and Distributors
∎ Use modern Sales Automation Systems to monitor team
∎ Review dealers network, strength for effective coverage & sales expansion
∎ Distributor stock management
∎ Analyze and ensure monthly, quarterly sales target
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors & propose suitable sales strategies for assigned area

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 33 years
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) sales & marketing experience in FMCG industry including 2 years in supervisory role
∎ Experience in use of sales automation tools is mandatory
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Skilled user of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
∎ Excellent time management & customer service skills
∎ Self-motivated with a high level of confidence

Salary: Negotiable
