Responsibilities & Context: Mugnee Multiple Ltd. is a Plastic Raw Materials Importer & Supplier Company which is located in Chawkbazar, Dhaka. Mugnee Multiple Ltd. was established in 2016 as a private company at Chawkbazar, Dhaka. To keep pace with its growth, Mugnee Multiple Ltd. is looking for young professionals who can comply with regulatory and business requirements.
- Develop & implement sales Strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Make a Territory Sales plan.
- Ensure to achieve all time-based goals for the best result & must be achieve monthly target.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and self-motivated.
- Customer Networking, New Customer Sourcing etc.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Preparing sales reports and customer databases.
- Develop and implement the strategy to drive top-line growth in existing as well as a new client.
- Ensure the successful achievement of the company`s sales goals across all its regions.
- Build and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Continuously update & maintain customers databases & records to track sales activates & measure performance.
- Generate & analyze and sales reports, identifying areas for improvement & implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure accurate & timely order processing, delivery & post-sales support to maintain customer satisfactions.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Maintain all kinds of paperwork.
- Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.
