  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective interaction with international suppliers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex documentation accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct product sourcing from international platforms such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, and other similar B2B marketplaces.

  • Communicate with foreign suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and clarify product specifications.

  • Prepare, process, and maintain all Letters of Credit (LC) and commercial documentation related to imports.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks for shipment, clearance, and payment processing.

  • Maintain accurate commercial records, including shipment tracking sheets and supplier communication logs.

  • Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, cost comparisons, and essential documentation.

  • Assist in managing import/export operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
