Responsibilities & Context:
Make regular follow-up phone calls to customers who received quotations from our website or social media
Update customers about pricing, delivery time, and product options
Handle customer queries via Phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Email
Prepare and send quotations when required
Track all leads and follow-up status in Excel / Google Sheet
Convince customers to finalize and confirm orders
Maintain a proper sales pipeline: Hot / Warm / Cold leads
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
