Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Assign monthly secondary & primary sales to plan to the sales force.
∎ • To motivate and organize the Sales team under supervision to accomplish the sales result.
∎ • Establish sound relationships with the distributors to serve respective distributors in connection with their business interests by maintaining the Distributor’s Standard ROI system.
∎ • To ensure targeted ECO (Effective Covered Outlet) & LPC (Line Per call) for gaining the standard Market share.
∎ • Team building exercise to achieve success in day-to-day business affairs.
∎ • To monitor competitor’s activities regularly and give feedback to the line manager
∎ • Be complying with the company’s code of conduct and make the team abide by the company’s policy & procedure in the sales team management.
∎ • Any other task may assign by the top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have valid motorbike driving licenses.
