Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer Sales, Electric Item, Electrical/ Electronics, Retail Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily market visits to verify the status of Sales Representatives (SR) and Distributors-Sales Representatives (D-SR) and confirm secondary orders.
∎ Ensure monthly sales target both in terms of category and specific sales amount.
∎ Monitor the activities of Field Officers and Distributors and collect necessary information for the Sub-Section Office.
∎ Ensure the Inventory Management System (IMS) follows distributor targets and collects outstanding items promptly according to customers' credit policies.
∎ Continuously monitor daily sales activities and take corrective actions to address gaps and achieve targets by month-end.
∎ Ensure that subordinate officers maintain an acceptable external and professional manner in the market.
∎ Oversee the proper presentation and display of the company's products in the market.
∎ Ensure the effective implementation of all company policies.
∎ Oversee administrative tasks such as distributor stock management, official attendance, travel allowances, and leaves.
∎ Thoroughly review travel (TA) and daily allowances (DA) bills as well as offers from parties submitted by sales representatives.
∎ Provide training to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and develop their professional skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of Switch, Socket, LED Light and accessories sales.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh & travel frequently.
∎ Physically fit, energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Smart and having a decent personality.
∎ Ability to have problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Able to take on challenges.
∎ Excellent sales and negotiation skills
∎ Well-spoken quality
∎ Good computer operating skills
Salary: Negotiable
