∎ Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
∎ Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
∎ Assess sales performance according to KPIs
∎ Monitor competition within assigned territory
∎ Prepare and submit reports to the RSM
