∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Sales Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned territory.
∎ Find out the Market gaps, Sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel to avail the opportunities.
∎ Visit markets, Outlets on a daily basis to search new business opportunities.
∎ Analysis the daily, weekly & Monthly Target & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ Motivate, Train, Monitor & Follow up sales activities of team Members. So that they can easily get oriented to ensure achievement of Sales target.
∎ Need to be a problem solver.
∎ Route wise market visit & relation building with store.
∎ Ensure order collection & cash collection daily basis.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor or line management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing including minimum 2 years in TSE/TSO level. Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates.
∎ Good experience in selling FMCG products.
∎ Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
