Responsibilities & Context:

  • Work as Territory Sales Executive (TSE) within the assigned zone to develop retail sales.

  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges in order to expand the market.

  • Work closely with distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales target.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with distributors team members ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training and sales support as may require following company sales policy.

  • Conduct regular market analysis and drive market development by collecting, analyzing, and evaluating competitors’ information, activities, and strategies in alignment with company objectives.

  • Achieve monthly sales and collection target.

  • Monitor and manage regular collections to achieve collection targets while minimizing the risk of dealer default.

  • Work in a team under direct supervision of Area Sales manager (ASM) in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.

  • Provide monthly report on sales, collection and retailer & distributor status.
