Responsibilities & Context:
Work as Territory Sales Executive (TSE) within the assigned zone to develop retail sales.
Identify local business opportunities and challenges in order to expand the market.
Work closely with distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales target.
Collaborate and coordinate with distributors team members ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training and sales support as may require following company sales policy.
Conduct regular market analysis and drive market development by collecting, analyzing, and evaluating competitors’ information, activities, and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Achieve monthly sales and collection target.
Monitor and manage regular collections to achieve collection targets while minimizing the risk of dealer default.
Work in a team under direct supervision of Area Sales manager (ASM) in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.
Provide monthly report on sales, collection and retailer & distributor status.
