∎ Candidate must have computer literacy.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To manage retail outlets, develop healthy business relationship, monitor retail wise sales, set up individual retail target and follow up advance, loan, credit etc.
∎ To ensure individual retail wise target achievement.
∎ To ensure daily visit to retail stores as per PJP and send visit feedback with a report to Line Manager.
∎ To control credit to partners and maintain good relationship.
∎ To follow up secondary sales target vs. achievement.
∎ To follow up team management and co-ordination.
∎ To follow up campaign communication and ensure appropriate execution.
∎ To ensure proper claim management.
∎ To collect market intelligence information & deliver the same to respective concern.
∎ To look for increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ To ensure the performance management of TSOs/SRs and evaluate the same in every quarter with a written format/report.
