Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage the distribution channel (distributors and agents) for SureCash mobile banking services
∎ Organize and conduct countywide training for the distributors, agents and payment partners
∎ Effectively engage and communicate with distributors to ensure the SureCash operation guideline and enhance the business volume
∎ Ensure the brand guideline maintained by the agents
∎ Manage the sales/customer activation or any other marketing campaign to different territory using the distribution channel
∎ Pursue business opportunities for SureCash mobile banking network
∎ Accountable for the timely submission of all required inputs for marketing campaign planning, progress reporting, and performance/impact monitoring
∎ Monitor competitor activity
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fintech Industry or Mobile Financial Services (MFS) is added advantage
∎ Experience as TM in regional operation is mandatory
∎ Excellent MS Office Suite skills (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
∎ Results-oriented - excellent ability to utilize the company's resources to achieve goals
∎ Dedicated, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
