Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set designated area wise sales targets for sales personnel under supervision.
∎ Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales revenue for assigned territory.
∎ Ensure achievement of sales targets, aligning with AGIL sales objective
∎ Provide guidance to sales team on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
∎ Responsible for achieving all the sales KPIs of the respective Territory
∎ Monitor assigned Territory’s daily performance and ensure business plan accordingly
∎ Prepare and assist RM with necessary information’s about assigned Territory
∎ Develop a professional relationship with dealers, retailers and other stakeholders
∎ Execute customer acquisition & retention programs / trade campaigns in collaboration with relevant stake holders
∎ Take Initiatives to seize new business opportunities in the assigned Territory
∎ Monitor competitor’s activity and push the optimal product into the trade
∎ Maintaining good relation with high performing retailers
∎ Reinforce campaign and communications to channel partners i.e. dealers and retailers
∎ Ensure structured and planned market visit / sales calls
∎ Ensure trade relationship, visibility / merchandising and BTL activity at the assigned territory
